How personal data is handled.

Essentials Engineering Consulting is operated by Thiago Pinheiro da Silva, empresário individual trading as THG Pinheiro Consultoria, CNPJ 15.572.124/0001-19, São Paulo – SP, Brazil. That entity is the controller of personal data under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Lei 13.709/2018).

Pages are served by Google Firebase Hosting. To deliver them and protect the service, the hosting provider processes the technical data a browser sends with every request — IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. The practice does not use this data to identify or profile visitors.

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and images are served from this domain, so loading a page sends no request to any third party.

Messages to info@essentials-engineering.com are received in the practice’s Google Workspace mailbox. They are used to reply and, where an engagement follows, to prepare and perform it — the preliminary steps to a contract at your request, and the practice’s legitimate interest in answering correspondence (LGPD art. 7, V and IX). They are kept for as long as the enquiry or the resulting relationship requires, and longer only where tax or accounting law requires records to be retained.

Personal data is not sold, and is not shared for marketing. It is processed by Google, as hosting and email provider, under that provider’s data processing terms; Google may store it on servers outside Brazil (LGPD art. 33). Links to LinkedIn leave this site, and LinkedIn’s own privacy policy applies there.

Under LGPD art. 18 you may ask to confirm whether your data is processed, access it, correct it, have it anonymised, blocked or deleted where it is unnecessary or unlawfully processed, receive it in a portable form, learn with whom it has been shared, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to info@essentials-engineering.com, which is the channel for every privacy matter; the practice is a small processing agent and has no separate data protection officer. You may also complain to Brazil’s national data protection authority, the ANPD.

This notice changes when the site changes what it collects, and the date below changes with it.
